Tyazhpromexport completes construction of tuberculosis dispensary in Khabarovsk

TYAZHPROMEXPORT of Rostec State Corporation has completed and commissioned the new tent building of the tuberculosis dispensary. The socially significant facility was implemented with the participation of a subsidiary of RT-SotStroy LLC in cooperation with the Government of the Khabarovsk Territory and has become an important link in the healthcare system of the Far Eastern Federal District. The project was carried out in compliance with modern safety standards, organization of clinical work and accessibility for patients.

The new building has 140 seats and is a modern seven-storey building with an area of more than 11,000 m2. It houses a surgical department, intensive care units, sterilization rooms and diagnostic rooms. Thoughtful organization of the space, separation of patient and staff flows, comfortable rooms and convenient work areas create conditions for the well-coordinated work of doctors. This makes it possible to significantly shorten the patient's journey from initial admission to treatment and subsequent rehabilitation.

According to medical professionals, thanks to the equipment and organization of the space, the diagnostic level will increase significantly: the range of studies will expand, the time for diagnosis will be significantly reduced, and the accuracy of examinations will increase. The building provides modern engineering solutions — medical gas systems, supply and exhaust ventilation with multi-stage filtration, energy-efficient lighting, reliable uninterrupted power supply.

The history of its construction attaches special importance to this project. The facility was received in a deplorable condition — it was a long-term construction with incomplete engineering networks and a number of technical problems. In a short time, the company's specialists conducted a comprehensive audit, updated design solutions, reassembled structures and communications, carried out finishing work in medical areas and landscaped the surrounding area. Clear planning, daily quality control, and close cooperation with the medical institution and the supervisory authorities made it possible to transform the problematic facility into a modern, high-quality building.

"We took over the facility in a difficult condition and set ourselves an extremely specific task: to provide the region with a modern medical facility that meets high quality and safety standards as soon as possible. The team demonstrated professionalism, responsibility and a unified focus on the result. We are proud to have built an infrastructure that will help doctors save lives and patients return to health faster," said Sergey Egorov, CEO of JSC VO TYAZHPROMEXPORT.

The company consistently implements modern construction management technologies, strictly adheres to the requirements of occupational safety and industrial safety, pays attention to the durability and operational efficiency of buildings.
